The founder, Ken Wilson, is the pioneer of the aluminum eyewear industry, holding numerous patents including the first to patent a 27-step process to create high-quality aluminum sunglass frames.
Fast Metal aluminum sunglasses start their journey as a sheet of 7075 Aircraft-Grad Aluminum at the Fast Metal factory in Yuma, Arizona. They are cut into their frame style and bent into shape, assembled, packaged and shipped all from the USA.
In addition to innovative aluminum frames, Fast Metal also produces nylon and metal-nylon hybrid frames to meet the needs of customers that live in the spirit of hard work, innovation and having fun.
